Terms and Conditions of hire
ECS undertakes to hire vehicle (s) to the customer for the period of hire under the following terms and conditions.
All credit accounts are settled within the terms of the contract normally 28 days from invoice date.
The driver will travel by the most appropriate/efficient route at the time of hire, unless instructed otherwise by the customer.
Every effort will be made that the driver(s) and their vehicle(s) collect passengers on time and reach destinations in the time required . ECS will suggest travel times and estimate journey duration but cannot be held responsible/liable for delays that occur beyond their control.
